Why it Matters
Health and vitality are core to a sustainable financial life. Planning ahead gives you permission to step back when needed — without anxiety, shame, or fear of falling behind on your goals.
A Personal Example
In 2018, I stepped away from a demanding corporate role for an 18-month sabbatical to focus on health, family, and career path realignment. That decision shaped every part of my financial plan — and ultimately inspired me to found Sheer Empowerment Financial. I know firsthand the mix of fear and freedom that comes with stepping off the treadmill.
